Project Management

Auditing
Prior to SOC, Blue Frog represents the client onsite During scheduled VEDN audits. We are also accredited as a VEDN network auditor and undertake staged audits required by Power Authorities for civil and electrical assets. This includes auditing all underground and above ground assets and handling all documentation and submissions. Blue Frog prioritises constructive collaboration and clear communication, identifying and providing guidance to rectify non compliances in order to streamline the final SOC.

Detailing & As Built
Once the project construction is complete, we commence the critical task of producing comprehensive As-Built drawings for the installed electrical or communications infrastructure. These plans serve as a record of all works completed and are essential for future maintenance and project compliance.
Our site coordinators conduct regular inspections during construction to verify that all works align with the approved design plans. We identify any issues to ensure full conformance prior to the final network audit.
