Project Co-Ordinator

The Project Co-Ordinator is responsible for managing project activities, including co-ordinating project timelines,
resources, procurement, and communications with stakeholder. The Project Co-Ordinator ensures that projects are
completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The role involves collaborating with engineers,
contractors, and clients to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with safety standards
and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and oversee project teams to maintain high quality standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date project records and documentation.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Maintain full accountability for stakeholder expectations, providing updates/progress, and communicating proactively and clearly.
  • Address potential issues that may impact timelines or deliverables promptly.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to ensure timely resolutions.

The Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the design, planning, and documentation of electrical
systems across a range of projects, from concept through to completion. The role requires a solid
understanding of electrical design principles, strong attention to detail, and effective collaboration with

Key Responsibilities

  • Design of electrical systems for building, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Manage multiple high-level projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Preparation of detailed design drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD tools.
  • Ensure all designs meet regulatory, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Conduct thorough quality reviews of designs and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with utility companies, clients, and contractors.
  • Represent the organisation in client meetings, presenting technical concepts and proposals, where requested
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Stay informed about advancements in electrical design and relevant industry trends.
