Balmoral Estate is a new residential development situated in the growing suburb of Cobblebank in Victoria, with generous open spaces, walking trails, and easy access to local amenities. Blue Frog was selected to develop a future-ready electrical engineering design for the large development, that will power hundreds of new homes. We worked alongside project developers and contractors throughout the project.

Our role in the development included:

Design & Installation of Underground Electrical Networks
- We’ve been responsible for delivering all underground power infrastructure, ensuring safe and efficient distribution of electricity to residential lots and public spaces.

Public Lighting Systems – Our team installed modern, energy-efficient street and park lighting throughout the estate, enhancing both safety and aesthetic appeal for future residents.

Utility Coordination & Compliance
- We managed all utility approvals and compliance documentation to ensure the project met regulatory standards and timelines, reducing delays and ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Support for Sustainable Growth
- With future-readiness in mind, our designs incorporate provisions for solar integration and green energy infrastructure that support environmentally responsible living.
