Project Management

From project scoping and scheduling, to design, risk analysis, construction, pre audit inspections and SOC delivery, our highly experienced and fully accredited project management services keep clients in control, maintaining clear lines of communication, and synchronising project phases to achieve on-time and on-budget delivery. Auditing

Blue Frog can represent the client onsite during scheduled VEDN audits, prior to SOC. Blue Frog is also accredited as a VEDN network auditor and can perform developer staged audits required by Power Authorities for civil and electrical assets. This includes auditing all underground and above ground assets to ensure compliance, and handling all documentation and submissions. Blue Frog prioritises constructive collaboration and clear communication, identifying and providing guidance to rectify non compliances in order to streamline the final SOC.

Detailing & As Built

Once the project construction is complete, we commence the critical task of producing comprehensive As-Built drawings for the installed electrical or communications infrastructure. These detailed plans serve as the permanent record of the works completed and are essential for future maintenance, ongoing development, and securing final project compliance.

Throughout the construction phase, our site coordinators conduct regular inspections to verify that all works align with the approved design plans. They proactively identify and address any issues to ensure full conformance prior to the final network audit. This process significantly reduces the risk of non-conformances and facilitates a more efficient SOC delivery.
